Spring Equinox Retreat

This retreat is perfect for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners of yoga, men and women.

It will be a grounding yoga retreat, focusing on a mindful and restorative practice. Each stage of the day will have an accumulative affect, so that by the end of the retreat you will be in a very deep state of relaxation. Your cup will be filled, you will have let go of any stresses and your energy will be fully restored.

The structure of the day will be as follows:

~ Arrival. health shot / herbal tea

~ Powerful morning flow yoga session, followed by meditation ~ A feast of highly nutritious food, designed to restore balance

~ Free time to relax and enjoy the award-winning facilities, including a natural swimming pond, floating sauna and wood-fired hot tub ~ Also on the grounds is a club-sized tennis court, with tennis balls and racquets for your use ~ Afternoon session of deeply restorative yoga ~ Guided mediation

~ Afternoon health shot / herbal tea

~ A Sound Bath, giving you the opportunity to simply lie down as you are bathed in healing sound waves, taking you into a wonderfully relaxing meditative

state
