    Role:  Digital Marketing and Content Creator

    Location:  Predominantly Remote, easy access to London and Central South Coast ideal

    Hours:  Full time, 37.5 hours per week

    Employment:  Permanent

    Reports to:  Founder

    Compensation:  £24,784 p.a.

    Additional:  Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed in addition to your earnings

    About Us

    Formroom is a multidisciplinary design studio working across interior architecture, experiential branding, and digital storytelling. Our work spans international retail, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle brands, blending strategy with sensory design to create spaces and identities that resonate deeply.

    We’re now looking for a passionate Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join us, working across our studio’s channels – and potentially with our founder’s personal brand – to bring stories to life online with creativity, precision, and flair.

    The Role

    This is a hands-on role for someone excited by both aesthetics and analytics. You’ll support our team in shaping our digital presence – from ideation to execution – with a strong focus on video-first content, storytelling, and brand alignment.

    You’ll be working across our portfolio of award-winning creative ventures:

    • 3 days per week focused on Formroom, our commercial interior design studio

    • 2 days per week supporting The Water Shed (our Founder’s Grand Designs property) and Studio Fuse (our residential architecture and land development practice)

    You’ll ideally be based near Chichester or London, where our projects and studios are located. The role will be hybrid, but you must be able to travel to either location at short notice to film content and capture live project moments as needed. 

    We will cover reasonable travel expenses in addition to your monthly pay, to support flexibility across both London and Chichester.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creation and scheduling of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

    • Plan, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes)

    • Write engaging captions and blog posts in a consistent tone of voice

    • Create with digital marketing campaigns including email newsletters, press outreach, and collaborations

    • Conduct research into audience trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activity

    • Monitor engagement data and provide basic performance reporting

    • Help manage and grow our content archive, image library, and visual assets

    About You

    • Degree level Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Media Production or a related field

    • Confident in filming, editing, and producing content (using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, Canva, Figma, DaVinci Resolve etc.)

    • Naturally attuned to trends in social media, storytelling, and brand building

    • Excellent written English, with a flair for writing captions, headlines, and micro-copy

    • Comfortable working independently and responding quickly to ideas or feedback

    • A good eye for design, composition, and tone

    • Enthusiastic about architecture, interiors, lifestyle and design culture (a plus)

    • Bonus: Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) for designing branded assets, resizing graphics, and supporting with digital visuals across platforms

  • Employer:  Studio Fuse

    Role:  Residential Architect / Technician

    Location:  Hybrid, easy access to Chichester ideal

    Employment:  Freelance or Fixed Term Contract

    Reports to:  Founder

    We are seeking an experienced Architect, Chartered Architectural Technologists, or Architectural Technician to assist with the technical design stage, RIBA Stage 4, to support the delivery of contemporary residential new-build projects.

    Strong AutoCAD skills and technical knowledge will be required. This role is focused on technical design and detailing, and would suit someone confident working through the technical stages of residential architecture projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD

    • Develop and coordinate detailed technical design packages

    • Prepare technical detailing for contemporary residential new-build projects

    • Support projects through technical design stages

    • Ensure drawings and details meet current building regulations and construction standards

    • Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and refine design solutions

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar technical design or architectural technician role

    • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

    • Proven experience working on contemporary residential new-build projects

    • Demonstrated expertise in technical detailing

    • Solid understanding of technical design stages

    • Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-organised technical drawings

    • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy

    Working Arrangement

    • Open to freelance or fixed-term contract arrangements

    • The role benefits from flexible working arrangements

    • Ideally suited to candidates who can easily access Chichester, West Sussex, for meetings or project coordination as required

    Salary / Rates

    • Salary or freelance rates to be determined, depending on experience and level of expertise.
