Restorative September Retreat

This retreat is perfect for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners of yoga, men and women.

It will be a grounding retreat, focusing on a mindful and restorative practice. Each stage of the day will have an accumulative affect, so that by the end of the retreat you will be in a very deep state of relaxation. Your cup will be filled, you will have let go of any stresses and your energy will be fully restored.

The structure of the day will be as follows:

~ Arrival. health shot / herbal tea

~ Morning flow yoga session, followed by meditation 

~ Talk by Nina the Co-Creator of The Water Shed on biophilic design - and how this unique practice has been used to create the award-winning property and ways to integrate it into your life

~ Free time to relax and enjoy the facilities, including a natural swimming pond, floating sauna and wood-fired hot tub 

~ Also on the grounds is a club-sized tennis court, with tennis balls and racquets for your use

~ A feast of highly nutritious food designed to restore balance, by previous Head Chef of Goodwood's award-winning sustainable restaurant 'Farmer, Butcher, Chef'

~ Afternoon session of deeply restorative breathwork with guided meditation

~ Cacao Ceremony to place you in a positive, uplifted state where you're open to embracing intentions as you connect more deeply with yourself and with others

~ A Sound Bath, giving you the opportunity to simply lie down as you are bathed in healing sound waves, taking you into a wonderfully relaxing meditative state

~ Closing circle and intentions

~ Health shots / herbal teas / snacks also provided
