About the Event
This will be a grounding Menopause retreat, focusing on a mindful and restorative practice. Each stage of the day will have an accumulative affect, so that by the end of the retreat you will be in a very deep state of relaxation. Your cup will be filled, you will have let go of any stresses and your energy will be fully restored.
Co-Creator of The Water Shed will be your host and will guide you through the day with Sue Saunders, UK Certified Health & Menopause Coach and the incredible Breathwork and Yoga practitioner Rachael Richards (Wild Willow Wellbeing), through talks, workshops and activities.
A loose structure of the day will be as follows:
~ Arrival. health shot / herbal tea
~ House tour with talk by Nina the Co Creator
~ Morning flow yoga session, followed by meditation
~ Menopause talks throughout the day to give you insights and tools to make the most of this phase of your life
~ Free time to relax and enjoy the facilities, including a natural swimming pond, floating sauna and hot tub
~ Also on the grounds is a club-sized tennis court, with tennis balls and racquets for your use
~ A feast of highly nutritious food by award-winning chef, designed to restore balance
~ Afternoon session of profound conscious connective breathwork with guided meditation
~ Closing circle and intentions
~ Health shots / herbal teas / snacks also provided
